There are so many people out there in this world who feel lonely and at times desperate. You can help. description[9] = "For several months I have been plodding roads, pavements and canal paths in the hope of being able to complete this year's London Marathon on Sunday 22nd April. Even worse, having been wired up and subjected to a stress test, I have been advised that physiologically I should be able to cover 26+ miles in under 3 hours 30 minutes. That is only 8 minutes for every mile. Since the beginning of this calendar year the training has intensified and I am slowly increasing the weekly mileage as I aim towards completing my \"Everest\". It is a tough challenge but one that I am looking forward to taking on and, hopefully, beating.

Having trained as an accountant I am often focused on costs and would you believe that there are a number of charities that spend over 50% of all money collected on overheads such as administrators, fund raisers, etc.?
